Our individual choices set the tone for the entire community.

  • Access

Technology + Digital Media are changing more rapidly than we can keep up with. Many parents or guardians may not be comfortable navigating today’s digital landscape, resulting in unintended access for children before the are developmentally ready.

  • Proximity

If one child has independent access to digital spaces, then we can assume that any child around them may be exposed to experiences without the necessary tools and education to protect themselves.

  • Peer Pressure

Parents and children alike may obverse and mimic their peers’ behaviors to be socially desirable and may acquiesce to widespread “norms” for fear of missing out. As a result, connected device ownership is skewing younger and younger.

Protecting our kids has to be a team effort.

  • Advocacy

Our voices are louder together and can focus official action across our community to drive tangible results.

  • Expertise

Working together extends the value of our individual knowledge and technical know-how across the community.

  • Support

Parent alliances can provide emotional encouragement, practical assistance, reassurance and shared insights that are crucial to navigating the complexities of raising kids in the digital age.

Together, we can make a difference.

Parents and guardians in your community are taking a stand to protect our kids with three simple commitments.
